Zain Iraq is setting a remarkable example with its inspiring initiative. Z Connect, an initiative submitted to Zainiac by Raheeq Sabah Ahmed and Zahraa Hazim, is connecting the young talent from the summer training program with the leadership team of Zain Iraq and the thriving entrepreneurial community in Baghdad. This collaborative effort not only nurtures creativity but also serves as a testament to Zain Iraq's commitment to empowering young minds and encouraging entrepreneurial spirit. The top four teams from the summer training program were given a unique opportunity to interact closely with Zain Iraq's management, resulting in an environment of support, mentorship, and growth for university students and their innovative projects.

Nesmaak App: Cultivating Mental Health Awareness
Rasha Barakat, Chief Human Capital Officer, took this team under her wing. The app, envisioned by these talented young minds, aspires to address the pressing issue of mental health in Iraq.

Grow Idea: A Green Vision for a Sustainable Iraq
Laith Al Obaidi, Director of Consumer Sales Division, assumed the role of mentor to this passionate team. This concept aims to make Iraq greener and more environmentally sustainable by supporting afforestation initiatives.

Any Car Idea: Enhancing Pet Ownership
Ahmed Abouelseoud, Mobile Base Management Director, guided the team on a journey to create an application that caters to the needs of pet owners. With a mission to provide a wide range of services for individuals with pets, this project holds great potential.

Transportation App Idea: Simplifying Commutes
Moutaz Yousif, Marketing Operations Director, lent his support to the team. In a bustling city like Baghdad, efficient and reliable transportation services are a necessity. This app envisions providing users with the convenience of easy reservations and quick response times when booking different types of transportation.
