Transforming Zain Jordan to a TechCo

As customer expectations continue to evolve and digital lifestyles become increasingly connected, Zain Jordan has taken a bold step toward redefining its role in the market. Through ZAINIAC, Zain Jordan is accelerating its transformation from a traditional telco into a fully integrated technology company (TechCo).

The idea, submitted by Mousa Abu Al Tayeb, focuses on leveraging Zain Jordan's existing strengths in Home Broadband, FTTH/FTTR connectivity, Smart Living solutions, and IoT services to create a new generation of digital experiences and value-added services for customers.

Guided by Vanguard Areen Hatamleh and Enablers Hamzeh Thibian, Abdelrahman Hunaty, and Mohammad Qawasmeh, the team worked closely with stakeholders to evaluate the concept, align it with strategic business priorities, and develop a roadmap for implementation that includes:

  • Smart Home & Smart Security services enablement
  • Integration of connectivity services with digital lifestyle solutions
  • Introduction of bundled digital offerings over FTTH/FTTR and HBB services
  • Building the operational and technical foundation for future TechCo services and ecosystem expansion
  • Enhancing customer experience through AI-driven monitoring and automation

We are happy to announce that the first phase of implementation has already launched under the title Zain Home Security, allowing customers to benefit from connected lifestyle services beyond traditional connectivity.

This initiative marks another milestone in Zain Jordan's digital transformation journey. By combining connectivity, digital services, and customer-centric innovation, this initiative supports Zain's vision of becoming a leading digital lifestyle provider across the region.
