Embrace Your Culture at Zain Iraq

As part of Zain's ongoing efforts to strengthen cultural connections and foster an inclusive workplace, Zain Iraq is proud to announce the implementation of Embrace Your Culture, an idea submitted through the ZAINIAC platform.

The initiative aimed to create a space where employees could express their cultural identities, learn from one another, and build stronger connections through shared experiences. It was implemented in collaboration with the Zain Iraq Toastmasters Club, with a focus on dialogue, understanding, and meaningful cultural exchange.

The session brought together employees from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds, encouraging open conversations around cultural topics, personal experiences, and traditions in an environment that promoted curiosity, mutual respect, and closer connections.

The collaboration with Toastmasters played a key role, as the club supports individuals in stepping outside their comfort zones while developing public speaking, confidence, and communication skills, making it an ideal partner for facilitating open and engaging discussions.

We congratulate Ali Ghazi and Thar Ali Shaker for submitting this impactful idea through the ZAINIAC Platform, and extend our thanks to Vanguard Ghadeer Joad and Zeeshan Arif, President of the Zain Iraq Toastmasters Club, for their support and collaboration.
