Incentive System for Delivery Drivers to Boost Successful Leads
The delivery team at Zain Jordan has been contributing to new sales through their daily routes and conversations with customers. Building on this momentum, Zain Jordan has officially launched an incentive system that rewards delivery drivers for generating successful leads across all campaigns.
This initiative empowers our drivers to actively identify and capture sales opportunities, strengthens their connection with customers, and fuels additional revenue growth. Incentives, delivered through wallet transfers or gas vouchers, give drivers a meaningful reward for their effort while helping the Telesales Department increase successful sales closures.
This idea was submitted to ZAINIAC by Jawad Sandouqa and Moumen Arnaout, supported by Vanguard Doaa AbuShreaa, and Enablers Abeer Al-Omari and Islam Al Nawaiseh.
The team first presented the idea to Telesales management, where it received full approval to move forward. Following this, the full competition details were communicated to both the vendor and the delivery team, who responded with genuine enthusiasm and motivation. The initiative was designed to encourage the drivers by offering meaningful benefits while simultaneously supporting Zain’s objectives. With a clear focus on generating new sales for the Telesales Department and increasing successful closures, the approach ultimately aimed at strengthening the company's overall profitability.
