New Enhancement on Unicam – Streamlining Processes at Zain Jordan
At Zain, we continuously strive to empower our teams with the tools they need to serve our customers efficiently. This idea was submitted to ZAINIAC by Marah Ahmad and has now been successfully implemented.
The idea introduces a new enhancement for prepaid lines, giving customer service agents clear visibility of the package price, negative balance, and remaining balance for both GSM and Data, and calculation of the needed recharge amount for the next renewal directly from the Search screen. This upgrade enables agents to instantly identify the exact recharge amount needed for package renewal, streamlining the process and improving response time for customers.
With Vanguard Omar Awad leading the way and Enablers Zaid Ayoub, Tamara Ghatasheh, and Ghayath Quran supporting throughout the process, the team turned an innovative idea into a practical solution that directly benefits both agents and customers. This enhancement shows how innovation at Zain Jordan continues to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
