We’re thrilled to share yet another innovation from Zain Jordan that has gone from idea to reality through ZAINIAC!

The idea, Anytime, Anywhere, Callback for Sales Recovery, was submitted by Jawad Sandouqa and Moumen Arnaout, championed by Vanguard Raad Barrakh, and enabled by Ayman Awadallah. Together, they’ve reimagined the way our Telesales teams connect with customers.

With this new first mobile callback solution powered by Cisco Jabber, our agents can now reach customers directly from their phones, with no laptop, no VPN, no waiting around. This breakthrough makes it easier than ever to reconnect instantly, ensuring no opportunity slips away. Even better, it’s designed with smart features like caller ID masking to protect our agents, full compliance through call recording and monitoring, and a cost-efficient shared license model that keeps things lean and agile.

The magic doesn’t stop there; this was all achieved by leveraging our existing Cisco Call Manager system, giving us controlled calls with monitoring, improved oversight of customer interactions, fraud prevention, and enhanced service quality.
