Private Meeting Pods – Revolutionizing Workspace Efficiency at Zain Jordan

Through ZAINIAC, Zain Jordan continues to embrace ideas that enhance productivity, efficiency, and workplace experience. Private Meeting Pods, submitted by Majdi Al Shammas and implemented with the support of Ibrahim Abu Awad & Amer Mukbel from the Admin Team, and Vanguard Osama Al Omari directly address the challenge of conducting meetings in a bustling office environment while optimizing space utilization.

The Challenge
Due to the frequent meetings held daily, our employees often struggle to find a quiet space to engage in discussions without distractions, especially given the limited number of meeting rooms at HQ.

The Solution: Private Meeting Pods
To address this challenge, Majdi Shammas suggested adding one to two small meeting rooms by utilizing the available space in the office. ZINC’s 4th floor has been repurposed to accommodate one individual and one double meeting room. These pods are designed to offer a dedicated, sound-insulated space for virtual meetings and focused work, minimizing noise disruptions while optimizing our office space, and ensuring that larger meeting rooms remain available for team collaborations and group discussions.

Introducing Private Meeting Pods has already started transforming how we conduct virtual meetings by:

  • Enhancing Productivity – Employees can now hold focused discussions without background noise distractions.
  • Optimizing Space Utilization – Larger meeting rooms are reserved for multi-person meetings, reducing unnecessary room reservations.
