WHAT IS INNOVATE 2025?

Innovate 2025 is a four-month campaign calling on all employees to submit bold, actionable ideas addressing these key focus areas:

  • Internal Organizational Ideas: Streamline processes, cut costs, leverage AI/automation for smarter workflows, or revolutionize how we engage, delight, and retain customers in the digital age.
  • Revenue-Generating Ideas: Propose your business ideas in AI, IoT, cybersecurity, or next-gen digital services that align with Zain’s portfolio. You will receive the necessary mentorship and guidance to prepare your pitch deck including the business model, business plan, and financial projections.

Whether you’re in tech, HR, sales, marketing, finance, or operations—your perspective matters!
