This idea, brought to life by Nazeeh Qasem with the support of Vanguard Ahmad Ibrahim and Enabler Asmaa AlSayyed, marks the 10th implementation under the ZAINIAC Internal Innovation program. Congrats to Zain Jordan on reaching this milestone. Nazeeh Qasem dedicated two hours per week under the ZAINIAC Innovation Policy to see this concept come to fruition.

The concept is designed to offer postpaid customers who are currently committed to a cash discount the opportunity to obtain a subsidized device by entering a new commitment. This initiative not only enhances customer satisfaction but also aligns with Zain’s strategic goal of strengthening customer loyalty.
