Relaxing Area – Work. Relax. Thrive. – Combating Burnout at Zain Jordan
Zain Jordan continues to prioritize employee wellness with the successful implementation of the Relaxing Area. This idea, submitted by Rita Freij, Rana Shammout, Lina Basyouni, Ola Ramadan, and Sajida Aldmoor, showcases the collaborative effort within Zain to support its employees. The idea was further championed by Vanguards Faisal Nsour and Waleed Abu Gharbieh and Enabler Sara Neimat, reflecting their ongoing dedication to enhancing workplace wellbeing.
The Relaxing Area is designed to provide employees with a dedicated space to unwind, recharge, and take well-deserved breaks during their busy workday. Equipped with massage chairs and partitions, this thoughtfully furnished environment fosters relaxation, reduces stress, and ultimately boosts productivity. The implementation falls under Zain’s BE WELL initiative, which emphasizes the importance of mental and physical health in the workplace.
As part of ZAINIAC’s Innovation Policy, the ideators dedicated one hour per week to plan and execute this initiative, exemplifying their commitment to fostering a healthier and more productive workplace.
