ZAINIAC's First Successful Implementation in Zain Kuwait

From the beginning, we had set our efforts and vision towards supporting our Zainers in turning their ideas into reality. Today marks a remarkable milestone in that journey. We believe that ideas, when nurtured with passion and dedication, have the power to transform the world around us.

It is with immense joy and excitement that I share the news of our first successful implementation from ZAINIAC!

The spark that ignited this idea came from the incredible Raja Jaleel. Raja initially submitted this idea on ZAINIAC with the goal of sharing knowledge with his fellow colleagues in the Networks division at Zain Group. Over the course of a few months, his idea transformed into a series of lectures dedicated to providing summaries of the many functions of the network division.

After months of meticulous planning and hard work, we are thrilled to see his vision come to life. The first implementation is now a reality, and it fills us with pride and gratitude.

Our journey has been a true collaboration, bringing together talents from various teams, each contributing their unique expertise. This implementation exemplifies what can be achieved when we work together, breaking down silos and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Thank you to the Technology team as well as the Diversity Equity and Inclusion team for turning this idea into a reality.

This is just the beginning of many more exciting innovations to come. We are committed to fostering an environment where ideas can flourish and where every voice is heard. Together, we will continue to redefine the future of our organization and industry.
