Zainiac prizes revealed!

As per our recent announcement and our first quarter launch campaign, YOUth and Beyond; Zainiac has seen so many incredible ideas and we invite all our Zainers to submit even more.

Why?
We are counting on YOU to not only ideate but support Zain in delivering on its strategy, to be in for an opportunity to see your idea come to life and be incentivized for it!

How?
Imagine submitting an idea that, once approved, you will automatically be enrolled in one of our development programs. You will also become one of our mentors or receive mentoring through REACH, our mentoring program, and you will also be featured as an ‘Innovator’ on Zainiac’s website!

Our top three ideas and innovators will also be in for an opportunity to receive up to USD 1,500 each.

‘Nothing changes if nothing changes.’

The prizes for all approved ideas include:

  • The ideators of all approved ideas will receive an innovation certificate.
  • You will get a chance to attend training programs specially catered to your growth.
  • You will also get the opportunity to become a mentor/trainer.
  • All winners will be featured on the Zain website and invited to attend events.

The top three ideas will each be rewarded 1500 USD based on the below criteria:

  • Feasibility
  • Impact
  • Alignment with either the campaign or the 4sight strategy
  • Efforts by the ideator/ implementor

These ideas can originate from any OPCO targeted towards any OPCO even if not their own. You can submit an idea for any OPCO by selecting it on the first page of the idea submission form.
