Celebrating International Swap Ideas Day
On September 11th, 2023, Zainers embarked on a creative journey during International Swap Ideas Day. Zainiac hosted a unique and engaging event where the attendees were split into ten groups and asked to work on solutions swapping their ideas with the different teams, mixed with a little bit of Jenga.
We saw great engagement, with Zainers from different departments and backgrounds actively participating in swapping ideas. The energy in the room was positive, and collaborative, and contributed to Zainers acting as a collective to trade insights and foster an environment of collective thinking.
