In celebration of World Creativity and Innovation Day, Zainiac hosted a stream of special events to engage employees, allowing them to tap into their innovative ideas. The week of April 30th featured an exciting social media challenge on Kuwait’s Zainers Instagram, where employees answered trivia questions relating to innovation. Employees were excited to engage and share their knowledge, all while winning fun prizes.

Zainiac also hosted Super Sprints on Mental Health in the Workplace as part of the Innovation Tour. Three super sprints were hosted: one in Kuwait, one in Bahrain, and the final one in Jordan. A virtual Mega Sprint was hosted for all Zain OPCOs. During the sprint, attendees learned about mental health in the region and how it is evolving. They were then taught an innovation technique that helps people solve problems by determining their root causes. This helped employees examine the perception they hold of their challenges and ultimately acknowledge that their root cause is not always what they think it is. Finally, they were encouraged to submit ideas on Zainiac that relate to how they and all employees can address wellness challenges in the workplace to ultimately minimize their adverse impacts.

The engagement with the super sprints was incredible and exceeded our targets, with more than 200 attendees participating! The winners of the challenge received a specially curated BE WELL gift box. See below for pictures from all the different OPCOs.
