What is a Sprint?

Innovation is rooted in the creative minds of individuals, so it is important to find ways to tap into these minds and strategize how innovation comes to be. A key way to do this is with innovation sprints. An innovation sprint is a creative experience that spans a few days and allows participants to explore innovative ideas, what makes them successful, and how they should be designed and strengthened. These sprints allow people with different mindsets to come together for a short, yet intensive period and strategize how to let innovation come about in an efficient and informed manner.

What is a Super Sprint?

Zain has taken the idea of sprints a step forward with Super Sprints. Super Sprints allow participants to generate many ideas in a short period of time with the support of The Vanguard, who will provide prompts and guide the discussions. A Super Sprint starts with a training and ends with an idea submitted on ZAINIAC. They are conducted in a group setting allowing people to brainstorm collectively and unlock the combined creativity of the collective. After the Super Sprint concludes, prizes are given to the top ideas based on set criteria. The sprints, although short, prove to catalyze big change and support Zain’s continued devotion to innovation and sustainable success.
